Green Chillies – 4 cut

Capsicum – 1 cut pitifully

Dry Red Chillies – 3

Soy Sauce – 2 tsp

Green Chili Sauce – 1 tblsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Sugar – to taste

Dim Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

Cornflour – 1 tsp

Water – 2 tblsp

Curry Leaves – 8 to 10 Pcs

Salt – To Taste

Chinese Boti

Stage 1

Wash the boneless sheep properly and cut in minimal strong states of assessed 1-inch size. Marinate sheep pieces with ginger garlic paste and salt. Keep it aside for around an hour.
